How to incubate the Flexicult™ Test

• Tests must be incubated overnight in an incubator designed for this purpose. A good option is the small Cultura® M  Incubator.  

• Tests should be incubated at 35°Centigrade.  (The upper acceptable temperature is 37°Centigrade).
  
  
• The Flexicult test should be placed into the incubator with the bottom of the test facing upwards and  the lid down.
  
  
• Note the temperature of the incubator when the tests are put in the incubator and when they are removed.
  
  
• The test should be incubated overnight (18-24 hours). Read the test after the incubation period.
  
  
• Once the test has been read, it can be disposed of in your usual clinical waste bin.
