Interpretation of the Flexicult™ Test

• After overnight incubation, remove the test  from the incubator.
  
  
• Find a well lit area to read the test and record the results.
  

The test is interpreted in 4 stages:

1. Growth of bacteria
   
   
2. Quantification of bacteria
   
   
3. Identification of the bacteria
   
   
4. Antibiotic susceptibility of the bacteria
