Flexicult test photography

• Once the test has been read and all details are recorded on the CRF 04, an image of each plate should be captured using the digital camera provided by the POETIC study
  
  
• Read and follow the guidelines in the SOP ‘Flexicult Image Capture’
  
  
• Use the POETIC Photo Template when capturing each image
  
  
• Camera memory cards should be retained within the camera until requested by a member of the POETIC Study Management Team.
