Inoculating the Flexicult™ Test

1. Label the test with the patient’s details. This is best done on the side of the lower half of the test.
2. Pour the urine over all test sections. Approximately  5ml of urine is adequate. If only a small volume of urine is used (minimum 2.5ml) then this can be distributed onto the surface of the test with a disposable pastette.
3. Gently rotate the test to allow urine to fully cover all the sections.
4. Pour off the excess urine after ~5 seconds. 
5. Replace lid. The test should now be put into the incubator.
